How long it takes

A straightforward boiler swap is usually completed within a day. If you are changing the type of boiler or moving where it sits, the work can take a little longer. We will give you a clear timescale before we start, and our engineers work tidily and efficiently to keep disruption to a minimum.

After installation

Once your new boiler is fitted and switched on, our engineer makes sure everything is working correctly and shows you how to use the controls. We also register the boiler and handle the paperwork on your behalf, so your warranty is in place and there is nothing complicated for you to sort out.
