Warmr provides home energy improvement quotations and connects homeowners with accredited installers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website.
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (providing your quote), on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating the service, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We share your enquiry with the accredited installer(s) best suited to your project so they can help you directly. We use trusted service providers to operate our systems. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, or to complain, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
